Very challenging, very appropriate, very timely. Part of my daily prayer is for the Holy Spirit to “give me eyes to see, ears to hear, courage to speak and the boldness to proclaim”. I prayed this looking outward; I need to be praying this by looking inward, believing that the outward will follow. Thanks Phil

Let’s try to stay connected. Taking into consideration that I’m not very tech savvy. 😊 Appreciate your work. How important that is. 🙏

I am 77 years old. A grandma for sure. I have loved Phil and his family since he pastored my church in Georgia. Our generation took the evangelism piece as memorizing the “plan of salvation” and hoping we could throw one more fish into our boat. The boat is a beautiful story of truth and redemption but maybe this time I would be more aware of how Jesus sees each person individually. Honor and respect of the other person’s journey is a key. Not to agree, however, with “all roads lead to God”. Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, was able to see hearts and speak life at the right time. For me, giving another an ear may be a beginning of unlocking a heart. I’m trusting that for a few family members. Love you, Phil and fam. ❤️

My dear sister, thank you for your words here and for shedding light on how your generations was taught about evangelism. Interestingly, in the multi-faith centre where I work we renounce the idea that "all roads lead to God." We talk both about our similarities, but also our differences. I agree with your assessment, and love your words. Praying that for your family members as well! We love you, Janice.

The apple has not fallen far from the tree Soleil is a bright one. Thought provoking content. Interesting context that light helps us know what we don't know and then leads us to know the way, truth and life.
